Who we are

This website is run by Sigma Extreme, a digital marketing, brand and technology company based in Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. In this policy, "we" means Sigma Extreme.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry. The forms on this site do not send anything to our servers. When you press the button, the form opens your own email program with a message already written to our team. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it from your email program, and the message contains only what you typed: usually your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of your project.

When you visit a page. Like every website, our web host records standard server logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser you used. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are read and which enquiries start. Google sets cookies for this and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit; it processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we do not do

  • We do not run advertising pixels.
  • Apart from Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics described above, we do not load fonts, images or scripts from other companies.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use an enquiry

We use the details in your email to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you asked for one, and to carry out any work you engage us for. Enquiries are received by our team's email accounts, which are provided by mainstream email services; those providers process the messages on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful to the conversation or the work, and for as long as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sigmaextreme.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If the website starts collecting anything new, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page before it does and change the date at the top.
